Sinopsis
☞ Bahasa Indonesia:
Makhluk misterius menghancurkan 70% dari bulan. Makhluk itu kemudian memperingatkan bahwa jika dia tidak hancur pada bulan Maret tahun depan, Bumi akan berikutnya. Makhluk itu juga menuntut bahwa dia menjadi guru wali kelas untuk kelas 3-E di SMP Kunugigaoka. Pemerintah tidak berdaya untuk mengatakan tidak. Makhluk itu kemudian menjadi wali kelas dari kelas 3-E yang terdiri dari siswa gagal termasuk Nagisa Shiota (Ryosuke Yamada). Makhluk itu disebut Koro Sensei.
Sementara itu, pemerintah meminta agar para siswa mencoba membunuh Guru Koro meskipun dia memiliki kekuatan super. Pemerintah menawarkan hadiah ¥ 10.000.000.000 untuk siapa pun yang berhasil membunuhnya. Para siswa yang bingung dengan situasi, tapi memutuskan untuk membunuh Guru Koro. Ketika kelas mereka dimulai dengan Guru Koro, siswa menemukan diri mereka memiliki waktu yang baik dengan guru baru mereka.
Cerita berlanjut dengan siswa konflik sendiri, identitas Koro Sensei dan nasib dunia. Batas waktu untuk pembunuhan pun mendekati...

The creature also demands that he becomes the homeroom teacher for 3rd grade E class at Kunugigaoka Junior High School. The government is powerless to say no. The creature then becomes the homeroom teacher of 3rd grade E class which consists of failed students including Nagisa Shiota (Ryosuke Yamada). The creature is called Teacher Koro.
Meanwhile, the government requests that the students try to kill Teacher Koro even though he possesses super powers. The government offers a 10 billion yen reward for whomever successfully kills him. The students are confused by the situation, but decide to kill Teacher Koro. When their class begins with Teacher Koro, the students finds themselves having a good time with their new teacher.
Story continues with the students' own conflicts, Koro Sensei’s identity and the fate of the world. The time limit for assassination is approaching.
